LAMBORGHINI BRAND ACTIVATION AT GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED 2023
Creating an impactful brand activation for Lamborghini and delivering a prototype car launch at Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Lamborghini celebrated its 60th anniversary this year and revealed its latest automotive innovations at the ‘world’s best show for supercars’, Goodwood Festival of Speed 2023.
THE CHALLENGE
Lamborghini aimed to make a grand statement with the world premiere of their first-ever hybrid endurance racing hypercar prototype, the SC63, alongside captivating showcases of their flagship Revuelto and the Huracán Sterrato sports cars.
The Goodwood Festival, one of the world's most established car tradeshows, drew in over 200,000 attendees, demanding an immersive brand activation to launch the SC63 prototype fittingly to an audience of VIPs, executives, media and the wider public.
THE SOLUTION
Deeper Blue approached 80six to deliver Lamborghini’s presence at the festival, working closely with 80six Project Manager Oli Silk to construct an outstanding showcase including three LED displays.
An eye-catching 6 x 3 meters outdoor LED display served as a welcome centrepiece between the pop-up ristorante and mini showroom areas.
The SC63 prototype took the spotlight on a dedicated stand next to Lamborghini's VIP lounge, with its 7 x 3 meters LED display.
The new hybrid plug-in V12 Revuelto and the off-road Huracán Sterrato were displayed just outside the lounge, complemented by a 4.5 x 2.5m screen.
The successful execution of the project left the Lamborghini team delighted, as commented by Sam Henshaw, Head of Production at Deeper Blue:
"Everyone involved did a brilliant job, which resulted in a delighted Lamborghini team (both from HQ in Italy and the UK)!"
